This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for using the website and informs about the ways to protect the privacy of personal data of users of the website located at www.ypp.com.pl, hereinafter referred to as the “Service”.

§2. Whose Data We Process

The portal www.ypp.com.pl processes the data of people who: visit the Service, send inquiries via the contact form provided on the subpages of the Service, order services on the Service pages, use the services provided by the portal www.ypp.com.pl.

§3. The Purpose, Scope, and Legal Basis of the Processing of Personal Data

The data of people visiting the Service remain anonymous to us and are processed solely for statistical purposes to study user activity in the Service. During the session, the Service saves cookies in the user’s browser memory. We provide statistical data for processing by Google Inc., using the Google Analytics tool. We also process your personal data because it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you, including: enabling the provision of electronic services, in particular services consisting of: leasing a website, leasing an online store, leasing a domain; handling inquiries you direct to us (e.g., via the contact form); handling complaints if you file such a complaint; contacting you, including for purposes related to the provision of services. Additionally, the law requires us to process your data for tax and accounting purposes. We also process your personal data for the purposes listed below, based on the legitimate interest of the portal www.ypp.com.pl, which is: contacting you, including for permitted marketing activities through available communication channels, in particular and with your consent – by email and phone; handling your requests directed particularly to the Customer Service department and via the contact form when they are not directly related to the performance of the contract; ensuring the security of services we provide electronically, including enforcing compliance with internal rules of www.ypp.com.pl and preventing fraud and abuse and ensuring traffic security; debt collection; conducting court proceedings; organizing loyalty programs, competitions, and promotional actions in which you can participate; conducting statistical analyses; storing data for archiving purposes, and ensuring accountability (demonstrating compliance with legal obligations). 

§4. Storage Period of Personal Data

Personal data necessary for the performance of the service are stored for the duration of the contract, and after its termination, the personal data of clients contained in billing documentation will be processed for the time necessary for financial reporting. Personal data may be processed after the termination of the contract to pursue claims for unpaid payments until the financial settlement of the Parties. Other personal data will be stored only until the purpose for which they were collected is fulfilled.

§5. Rights of the Data Subject

We guarantee the fulfillment of all your rights resulting from the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e., the right to access, rectify, and delete your data, restrict their processing, the right to transfer them, the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, as well as the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

§6. Providing Data

We require you to provide the following personal data to conclude and perform the contract concluded with you, and thus to provide you with a service: name, surname or information about your company, address details, email address, and phone number. If required by law, we may require you to provide other data necessary, e.g., for accounting reasons. In addition to these cases, providing your data is voluntary.

§7. Cookies The Service uses small files called cookies.

They are saved by the server on the computer of the person visiting the Service pages. We use cookies for the following purposes: retaining information about the user’s session, e.g., login information, statistical – information about the first/last visit to the Service, visit duration, viewed subpages, sources from which the user reached the Service pages. The cookies used by the Service do not allow the identification of the person. The user can limit or disable cookie access in the settings – options of their browser.

§8. Access to Third-Party Data

Direct access to personal data processed by www.ypp.com.pl is available only to persons authorized by the personal data administrator.

Personal data processed in the collections of the portal www.ypp.com.pl may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, in particular to the relevant judicial authorities.

The portal www.ypp.com.pl declares that it processes personal data provided or entrusted by Users in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997, on the protection of personal data and that it applies technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of processed data adequate to the threats and categories of data subject to protection, and in particular secures the personal data of Users against unauthorized access, loss, or damage.
